ODCubed Terms of Service

Terms for using ODCubed LLC software, planning workflows, advisory outputs, and customer-ready load documentation.

Business and service

ODCubed LLC provides SaaS software for open-deck freight planning, load optimization, scenario comparison, quoting support, permit and escort awareness, and exportable load documentation. ODCubed is not a motor carrier, freight broker, insurer, financial institution, or government permitting authority.

Planning and advisory outputs

ODCubed outputs are planning and estimation tools. Trailer fit, truck count, rate context, permit exposure, escort awareness, route notes, and exported documents must be reviewed by the customer and appropriate operational, carrier, permit, or regulatory sources before being used for a shipment commitment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipment data, dimensions, weights, pickup and delivery information, equipment assumptions, user permissions, and billing information. Customers remain responsible for final quotes, carrier commitments, route feasibility, permits, escort decisions, customer communications, and shipment execution.

Account access

Users may access ODCubed only through authorized accounts. Account administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, removing access when needed, and keeping login credentials confidential.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription terms, billing cadence, renewal, cancellation, and payment handling are governed by the selected ODCubed plan and the billing method active for the account. Self-serve billing may be enabled through Stripe when configured; sales-assisted or manual billing may be used during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use ODCubed to violate law, bypass required regulatory review, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or misuse another customer's data.

Changes

ODCubed may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes for active customers should be communicated through the workspace, account contact, or support channel.
