
ODCubed Refund and Cancellation Policy
Simple subscription cancellation and refund guidance for ODCubed SaaS accounts.
Subscription cancellation
Customers may request cancellation through the billing workflow when enabled, through the account administrator, or by contacting admin@odcubed.com. If Stripe Billing Portal is enabled for an account, cancellation may also be managed there.
Access after cancellation
Unless a different written agreement applies, account access generally remains available through the end of the paid subscription period. ODCubed may restrict access sooner for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated after the billing period begins, except where required by law or agreed in writing by ODCubed LLC. Customers should contact ODCubed promptly if they believe a billing error occurred.
Trial, manual billing, and onboarding
During launch onboarding, paid setup may be handled through request-access or manual billing until Stripe Checkout, Billing Portal, and webhooks are fully enabled for production. Any account-specific onboarding terms should be confirmed in writing.
Policy updates
ODCubed may update this policy as billing workflows, subscription plans, or payment providers change.
