Information we collect
ODCubed may collect account contact information, company and role details, request-access submissions, workspace activity, subscription status, support communications, and product usage information.
Freight and load data
Customers may upload or enter freight details such as piece identifiers, dimensions, weights, origin and destination information, route assumptions, customer-safe notes, and generated load documents. This data is used to provide planning, optimization, quoting-support, export, and account-management features.
Cookies and sessions
ODCubed uses session cookies and related technical data to authenticate users, protect workspaces, maintain preferences, and operate the service. Additional analytics or observability tools may be added only when configured for production.
How we use information
We use information to provide the SaaS service, manage accounts, process support requests, operate billing workflows, improve product reliability, investigate abuse, and meet legal or security obligations.
Service providers
ODCubed may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, billing, email, analytics, and support providers to operate the service. Production provider configuration should remain separated by environment and managed through approved secret storage.
Customer control
Customers may request help with account access, data correction, workspace administration, or deletion workflows by contacting ODCubed through the published support or contact channel.
